CO-OP GiftCards available Now

STAR Community Credit Union introduces CO-OP GiftCards, a prepaid card program designed with our members in mind.  As saving time becomes more important, CO-OP GiftCards is a convenient alternative to individualized retail GiftCards.

CO-OP GiftCards can be purchased from a Member Services Representative or our New Accounts Representative.  The cards can then be used wherever Visa® is accepted.  Cards can be purchased for $25-$500 and you can track your card balance and transaction history on the web.

Giftcard purchases are $5.00 per card.  After seven months, there is a Monthly Account Maintenance Fee of $2.50.  If a card is lost or stolen, you can receive a replacement card for $15.00.   Registration is required to ensure you can replace the card if it is lost or stolen.  To register, log in to the website* at http://www.mygiftcardmanager.com/, and follow the appropriate links for registration.  Members can receive phone support by calling the GiftCard Call Center, 866-586-4438, 24 hours a day and using the number on the back of your card. The Call Center can assist you with:

• Balance information
• Dispute Processing
• Replacement of lost or stolen cards
• Problems using the card
