STAR Mobile
STAR Mobile is a free*, secure service that allows you to check account balances, transfer funds and make your loan payments all on your mobile device. Whether you are using a PDA/Smartphone or a flip phone you can access STAR Mobile with your internet connection. For members on the move, this can be a big time saver.
Device Activation
Registering your mobile device is now easier than ever. Open the internet browser on your mobile device and type in the address m.flexteller.net/ubs. Bookmark this site in the browser of your mobile phone as a quick link to access mobile banking in the future. Login to your account using your online banking user ID and Password. You will be given two choices to activate your moblie device.
- If you would like to try activating your mobile device manually scroll down and click this option. The moblile device will prompt you to pick your picture and answer your security question. Next, check the device registration box and then click continue.
- If your mobile device is unable to handle the necessary security steps then you will be prompted to log on to your online banking account via computer to retrieve the activation code.Once you have logged on click on Services and then Mobile Device Activation to retieve the code to complete your set up. It is that easy!
Once you have completed the enrollment process your device will automatically be recognized by the network and you will be prompted with each connection attempt to log in with just your online banking user ID and Password.
eAlerts
Combine STAR Mobile with our new eAlerts enhancement and you will always feel in control of your account. Do you want to know when your checking account drops below a minimum amount? No problem, set up a eAlert and receive a notification instantly when your balance reaches the limit you establish!
