• Online, go to the Liberty website. Have your checkbook or check reorder form ready when you place your order.
• By fax or regular mail, complete the Check Order Form and fax back to 895-3411 or mail to STAR Community Credit Union, 550 Salem Street, Chico CA 95928
• By phone, call 895-1947 to speak to one of our Member Service Representatives
