VISA® Prepaid Travel Cards!

Travelers who take along our Prepaid Travel Card can make purchases everywhere VISA® debit cards are accepted, in store, online or by phone - including access to cash at 28,000 surcharge-free CO-OP Network ATMs nationwide.  Feel safer knowing that your prepaid card is more secure than cash or traveler's checks.  Travel Cards can be purchased from a Member Services Representative or our New Accounts Representative. Initial load and reload limits for travel card is $100-$3000. Travel Card purchases are $9.95.  After 12 months, there is an inactivity fee of $2.95.Other fees apply please inquire with a Member Service Representative.

The Prepaid website address is http://www.myprepaidbalance.com.  Through this site you can establish a profile, obtain balance information and check transaction history.  Toll-free number which is also printed on the back of cards is 800.827.6557.  Menu Options are:

• Report Lost or Stolen Card
• Dispute Transaction(s)
• Request or Change a PIN
• Speak to a live agent                  

Using Your Card

You may not use your Card for any illegal transactions, use at casinos, and any gambling activity. You may not withdraw more than $1500 from any ATM daily or more than $1500 from any cash advance in any one day, or withdraw more than $3000 total for the day.

If you authorize a transaction and then fail to make a purchase of that item as planned, the approval may result in a hold for that amount of funds for up to 10 days. Car rental and hotel authorizations may result in a temporary hold on funds up to 30 days.

Currency Conversion and International Transactions:

If you obtain your funds (or make a purchase) in a currency or country other than the currency or country in which your Card was issued, the amount deducted from your funds will be converted by Visa who will establish a currency conversion rate for this convenience using a rate selected by Visa from the rage of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date which may vary from the rate Visa or the government mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date, in each instance, plus or minus any adjustment determined by the Issuer. This percentage amount is independent of any amount taken by the Issuer in accordance with the following section of these Terms & Conditions.

If you obtain your funds in a currency or country other than the currency or country in which your Card was issued, the Issuer may increase the currency conversion rate (described in the immediately preceding section) up to an additional 3% and will retain this amount as compensation for its services. This charge is independent of the currency conversion rate established by Visa.

Due to security reasons transactions on the Visa Travel Card are not allowed in Belarus, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe, Cote D’Ivoire and Western Balkans.
