STAR Youth Accounts are designed for our youngest members. Opening an account for a young member will help to teach financial responsibility and develop his or her knowledge and understanding of money. A parent or legal guardian must be a joint owner on all Youth Accounts until the minor reaches the age of 18.

STAR Savers Account
The STAR Savers Account is designed exclusively for children up to the age of 13. With a STAR Savers account kids can start saving with an opening deposit of $5.

A little savings will go a long way when kids start earning dividends. Help them take their first step toward financial responsibility by opening a STAR Savers account in their name.

Teen Savings
Help teens reach their goals on their own with a Teen Savings Account designed for members age 13 to 18. This account allows the teen to make withdrawals and deposits to the account without requiring the joint owner to be present, and gives the minor the control and experience of maintaining his or her own account.

Teen Checking
The Teen checking account is designed for our 16 to 18 year-old members who want to learn how to handle a checking account responsibly. A parent or legal guardian must sign as a joint owner on the account until they reach the age of 18, at which time the account will be converted to a Checking Account.

VISA Debit Card for Teens
A VISA Debit Card with a $50 daily ATM withdrawal limit and a $100 daily purchase limit is available after 6 months of successfully managing an account with an adult as a co-signer.
